1.To begin shopping, just click the category you want on the left in our main page and see the product details.
2.If you are not ready be our member, we will invite you to join promptly. If you are already our member, just log-on so as to continue your shopping procedure.
3.Below the product image you may choose just by clicking on "Add to Basket" and select the color, size and Qty. By clicking one more times of “Add to Basket” then your selected product will be taken to your Shopping Basket.
4.To continue shopping, click "Continue Shopping".
5.To confirm , amend and delete any items just press the related Icons. Please press “Order Confirmation” when you finish all selection. Follow the steps on entering the delivery and billing information.
6. After submitting your order, we will send you a e-mail confirmation of receiving your order for your reference with order no. within one working day.

7. When there is any obstacle on processing your order arising from you submission or company, we will send you a e-mail for special communication.
In general, after receiving your order we will proceed to the process of delivery.

In general, we accept Visa and MasterCard on any worldwide ordering through Paypal System. However, at that moment , we still net yet offer is service to you.

For Hong Kong and Macau customer, we specially accept the method of paying by check in advance or by cash on local currency upon item delivery to commercial and industrial area. (Exchanged Rate : 1US : HK7.8)
  ~Delivery service~
1. International delivery service
Items will be delivered to your instructed address within 7-10 days by post or by courier depends on the order value, excluding the time for customs clearing.

International delivery charge will be varied according to the destination country and the weight of the ordered item, so charge will be calculated case by case on the check out processing.

2. Local delivery service (HK & Macau Regional)
Items will be delivered to your instructed address within 3-5 days by post or by courier depends on the order value.

- Courier charge – Below HK$100/each order
- Free courier charge – HK$101+/each order
- Delivered Time – 8 am to 7pm (Mon to Sat)
- Delivered Region – Commercial, Industrial Area, Special Area including School & Hospital in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
- Self Pick-up is also welcomed by your notification on the delivered address., we will void any delivery charged per order below HK$100.

- Custom duty/Local Tax
In some country, there is custom duty and local sales tax applied on imported goods, international courier will usually with a practice on clear the custom and will inform you how the way of settle the duty and tax through their local agent before their delivery. It is recommended of you to check the rate of custom duty and tax before you place a order to me.
  ~Return and refund policy~
For general items , we try our best to offer finest quality items with well packed wrapper, however, if the item is really with defect in materials and workmanship at the first moment of receiving, you may return it in new condition with original packaging for exchange or refund.

Therefore, please notify us within one working days by means of e-mail or customer hotline upon your receiving. We normally respond to you within one working day, and promptly forward any replacement with free delivery. In case that we are out of stock on your ordered item, we will refund as soon as possible.

If ordered items has not yet been delivered, you may cancel the order and request a refund at the same working day on our office hours by phone contact or by fax to our customer hotline ,and soon will reply you with a returned confirmation of our acceptance on your cancellation.

Unfortunately, if your ordered items has delivered, you may still return by your own cost to me for exchange or refund only if the items are 100% in good condition and with original packaging within seven days of receipt.

After our inspection on your returned item without any defect in material, workmanship and packaging, we will make a refund to you within a certain period of time upon the process of our accounting dept dealing with our banker.

We try our best to handle the refunding no later than 60 days from the date of your ordering in the case of credit card payment by deducting any bank chargers per your order value.

< Frequently asked questions>  How can I track my order ?
Normally, we will send you a e-mail confirmation no later than one working day after your order placement. You will be notified with a transaction number for reference. Your order may be tracked online at any time so that you may know the status of our delivery.
  Can e-legs.biz offers a international delivery service? What should I do if our country has imposed customs duty on my item?
We are able to delivery our product by international courier. In the final step of basket checking, we will reply you with the delivery charge on line according to your destination.

General speaking, we will not pay for the customs duty or local sales taxes of other countries outside Hong Kong. Upon arrival of your shipment in your country, our contracted international courier’s local agent will inform you how to pay for the duty and tax before you may receive the items with their delivery.
